The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Hema asking where are Tia and Gehna. Tia walks in wearing a red saree. Krishna is left speechless with her beauty. Hema closes Krishna’s mouth. Sagar tells Tia that she is looking pretty. Krishna compliments her saying she looks beautiful. Baa says that seeing Tia in a saree she realized how much she has grown. Krishna tells Anant that Gehna will wear the dress he gifted her. Anant says Gehna will choose his dress from among thousands of dresses. Hema thinks that Anant will get angry after watching Gehna pick Krishna’s dress.
Gehna comes wearing a beautiful black saree. Hema thinks that now Anant will get angry and burst like a bomb. Anant is left awestruck by Gehna’s beauty. He praises her and thanks her for wearing his given dress. Hema fumes that her plan failed. Pankaj and Kanak cut the cake while the family sings a Happy Anniversary song for them. Everyone starts dancing, Gehna and Anant do a couple dance. Later Krishna says that they should take family pictures. Everyone stands for the picture, Hema is standing in the side hoping someone should call her. Gehna tells her to come and join. Hema fumes why Gehna and not anyone else called. Chetan tells Krishna to be in the picture as well, he says that Hema will click the picture. Hema gets angry again.
Gehna tells Tia that she looks beautiful and applies kajal behind her ear to ward off the evil eye. Krishna comes and asks her why she didn’t wear his dress. Gehna says it was too loud for her. Gehna and Krishna start teasing each other. Later Hema tells Sagar to give cake to Gehna and Krishna. Hema smiles remembering she spiked the cake. She thinks once Gehna and Krishna eat the cake she can fulfill her plan. Gehna takes a bite from the cake when Kanak calls her for dinner. Gehna feels drowsy, so heads to the room. Hema sees Krishna going somewhere, so tells him that Gehna is calling him.
At the dining table, Baa asks where are Gehna, Anant and Krishna. Hema says that she saw Gehna going towards the room and Krishna following her. Hiral asks if they must be together. Baa shouts at her at tells her to not say such a thing. Hema says they should go and check to clarify Hiral’s doubt and also call them for dinner. Baa along with other members head towards Gehna’s room. Hema thinks that Gehna will be insulted today. Baa opens the door and sees Gehna and Anant heavily inebriated playing with the globe. Krishna comes there and says he went to the terrace to attend a call. Hema realizes that Anant ate the cake instead of Krishna. She gets disappointed seeing her plan failing again.
