In today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Harsh tells Abhimanyu that he is not giving advice to him as a father or Birla hospital CEO. He asks Abhimanyu that he can’t think emotionally at the moment. Harsh asks Abhimanyu to use his brain. He says since he didn’t say no for the surgery which signals he too wants his surgery to be done. Abhimanyu rethinks his decision. Akshara folds her hands in front of Harsh. Harsh escapes the place. Harsh informs Birlas that he talked to Abhimanyu but his decision is pending. Neel brings a coffee for Akshara. He asks Akshara not to worry and be positive. Abhimanyu talks to Kunal and decides to get his surgery done. Akshara and Birlas get happy. Abhimanyu thanks Akshara.
Then in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara wishes for Kairav’s innocence. Manish talks to Goenkas and says why Kairav escaped from jail. Birlas learn about Kairav. Mahima, Anand and Harsh say that Kairav is guilty and hence he escaped from the jail. Anand adds Kairav thought they will not punish him because of Akshara but he is clueless about the fact that they will not spare him. Harsh says Kairav forced Anisha to attempt suicide and now he can’t escape the punishment. Mahima goes mad at Akshara. She accuses her for blindly supporting Kairav. Akshara gets a panic attack as she worries for Kairav. Manjiri and Abhimanyu give their support to Akshara. Abhimanyu tries to calm Akshara. Mahima runs to meet Goenkas. Manish’s health deteriorates. Arohi asks Manish not to stress himself. Mahima along with Parth, Anand, Harsh and Neil visit Goenkas. Manish and others get shocked.
Later in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Mahima accuses Goenkas for hiding Kairav inside the house. Manish tries to prove Kairav’s innocence. Mahima says that by escaping, Kairav himself proved that he is guilty. She decides to search Goenka’s house. Suhasini stops Mahima from entering the house. Kairav runs. Akshara worries for Kairav. Abhimanyu and Manjiri ask Akshara to calm down. Abhimanyu learns from Neil that Mahima has visited Goenkas. He asks Neil to bring back Birlas before the relationship gets messed up more. Vansh met Kairav. He asks Kairav the reason for the escape. Kairav pleads to Vansh to save him. He falls unconscious. Mahima accuses Goenkas of hiding Kairav. Akhilesh says that without a search warrant, they can’t enter the house.
Lastly in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Anand takes away Mahima. Harsh asks Anand why he dragged Mahima. Anand says they will not spare Kairav but instead, let police handle the case. He asks Parth to call their lawyer. Abhimanyu confronts Mahima for visiting Goenkas. Mahima yells at Abhimanyu for still siding Goenkas. Akshara worries about Kairav. Abhimanyu consoles Akshara. He asks her to visit Goenkas. Akshara thinks Mahima will get upset. Abhimanyu asks Akshara to not think about Mahima. Goenkas think Kairav messed up the case more by escaping. Vansh hides Kairav.
