Times Internet, the new content platform will be the next big thing for the digital medium in the New Year!!
Launched by the Times Group, the OTT will see its dawn mostly next year. Times Internet is presently working on lot many series that will be part of their programming array.
Dulha Wanted, is one of the web-series that will be part of the content platform. It is being produced and directed by Faraz Arif Ansari, director, writer and producer at Futterwacken Films in association with iDiva.
Popular face Tridha Choudhury who was the face of Viu India and Vikram Bhatt’s Spotlight will be seen in this web-series!! On TV, she was part of the show Dahleez as lead.
Along with her, noted senior actor Surekha Sikri will be part of the series.
Apart from Tridha and Surekha Sikri, few faces from the modeling and TV world have been roped in.
Model and actor Kashyap Shangari, actor Taniya Kalra, models Varun Bhagat and Tarun Malhotra will be part of the series.
We buzzed Surekha Sikri who told us, “I cannot talk about the series now.”
We reached out to Tridha, but could not get through to her.
We also buzzed Producer and Director Faraz but did not get through to him.
Kavish Sinha the ace Casting Director who has cast for lot many web-series holds credit for bringing the cast on board for the series. His recent cast for Amazon Prime’s Lakhon Main Ek, by Biswa Kalyan Rath gained praise. Kavish is the in-house Casting Director for Sunny Deol films under the banner Vijayta Films.
