Veteran and versatile actor Sanjay Gandhi who won all hearts initially as Daddaji in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is back on Star Plus..He was last seen in &TV’s Vani Rani.
He will soon be making his grand entry in Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji (Shashi Sumeet Productions).
He will be shown entering Uma’s family as the patriarch.
As per sources, “Sanjay will play the husband of Massi Maa (Sadiya Siddiqui) and father of Aditya (Ayush Anand).
He will be shown returning to the household after many years. The character will have a strong persona and will be layered.
