Cardiovascular exercises. I love running

Your take on six-pack abs:

I never had six-pack abs. Always maintained a flat stomach. Very difficult to achieve six-pack abs naturally. Hats off to people who have achieved the feat and maintained it

Any personal goals in mind with regards to fitness:

I am quite happy with my body. I have always maintained a lean muscular body. I just want a lot of consistency in my work out which has been difficult to maintain for the last 2 years because of the pandemic. I just want to be consistent and maintain a healthy diet
