Heartthrob Akash Choudhary, who is currently entertaining audiences in Zee TV’s show Bhagya Lakshmi, loves to travel and explore new places. The actor got in a candid chat with IWMBuzz.com for our travel segment and revealed his travel buddy, road trip experience, and more.

Travel by plane, car, or boat – What do you like?

I love to travel by plane as I am very impatient in nature and I really can’t waste time travelling to a spot. Moreover, I get sick in the car and boat.

Your most memorable travel was:

Trip to Ko Samui in 2019 as it was one of my first trips where instead of a party, shopping, I spent my whole trip in a beachside resort enjoying the serenity. It was staying close to nature you can say.

Your favourite vacation spot:

Turkey, it been on my bucket list since 2019. Every year I plan it for my birthday day which is in December. However, due to COVID every year, it gets cancelled so my next abroad trip is 100% Turkey.

Your favorite travel buddy:

I love travelling with my best friend Naina Singh and if she is busy then I travel solo.

Styled up or Casual during travel:

I would say casually styled up. I love looking stylish but at the same time comfort is important so I always opt for luxury athleisure wear for travel.

Your top two traveling essentials:

Sunscreen, swimwear, and my grooming kit.

Land, Hills or Beaches – your preferred choice:

Beaches any day. I don’t like travelling in hills, I am a total beach baby.

Do you prefer solo travel or with someone else?

I am okay with any, however, I can’t travel with an unorganized or lazy set of people. If on vacation, I need to be on go as soon clock hits 8 in the morning.

Any road trip experience:

I am not a fan of a road trip, for me travel and vacation mean luxury. Once my friends took me to Goa on a road trip and I was so cranky that I took a flight back to Mumbai as soon as we reached there, I am weird sometimes.

Dancing, singing or eating – your favorite habit during travel?

Eating any time. I am big-time foodie and I love exploring new places and new cuisines of different cultures. For me food is above everything.
