He is an expert in martial arts and Yoga, so he ensures that he practices these arts and makes the most of it. Everyday, he wakes up at 4:30 am and goes swimming for an hour which is followed by stretching exercise, yoga and martial arts practice, each for an hour as well. He believes that yoga and pranayama are the best solutions to manage disorders caused by lifestyle. He also practices kick boxing and shadow boxing. A bowl of fruits for noon, and he opts for roti, dal and green vegetables for lunch. His dinner includes veggies, soup and salads.
