Aurora Aksnes is a musical force to be reckoned with, with nature-inspired lyrics and an exquisite voice. This music is evocative and spooky! It’s a bleak tale of a girl who is murdered “for mercy” by a guy who “didn’t want to hurt her.”

This is my personal favorite song from her album, All My Demons Greeting Me As A Friend! It’s such a lovely tune!

This song is about passionately wanting someone to love you and doing crazy things to get their attention, just to realize that you are deserving of more. It’s fantastic!
