Jisoo, a member of BLACKPINK, attended the Dior S/S 2022 Fashion Show in Paris, France, on September 29. Jisoo currently works for Dior and Dior Beauty as a global brand spokesperson. Elle Taiwan, who was also in attendance, posted videos and photographs of Jisoo at the fashion presentation on their social media pages.
Jisoo meets and greets Pietro Beccari, chairman and CEO of Dior, in the release video. Pietro Beccari was observed laughing with a Jisoo employee while they chatted, saying, “Please contact me if YG fires her. I’m going to take her.” Jisoo, who is standing next to him when he tells the joke, looks to have heard him and smiles.
Jisoo happened to be watching the show with Pietro Beccari. For the occasion, the two sat in the front row. The video has since gone viral in South Korea, prompting jokes that YG Entertainment better keep an eye on Jisoo! Others remarked that this event demonstrates how much Dior cares about her and how much they adore her. Moreover, many people commented on how well Jisoo fits the Dior brand and how glad they are of how far she has come in her career.
Jisoo, a member of BLACKPINK, made her first international visit in nearly two years on September 29, when she attended the Dior S/S 2022 Fashion Show during Paris Fashion Week. Jisoo and fellow member Rosé were previously photographed at Incheon Airport on their way to Paris on September 25. To confirm they arrived safely, the two shared images of themselves near the Eiffel Tower.
