Hyeri is a member of Girl’s Day’s band based in South Korea. The k-pop star has been in media attention throughout her career and she has shared in a recent interview how she copes with negativity she comes across.

Hyeri recently did an interview and pictorial for GQ Korea and she shared some points like changes she made in her lifestyle. She said, “I saw a piece of writing somewhere that said, ‘The best gift I can give to myself is a meal I made myself.” She further added, “I realized at that moment that I needed plates. I was the type of person who usually just ordered delivery food and ate it the way it came. Now, I plate my food nicely and am trying to eat better.”

Hyeri further shared how she often looks at online comments. She was asked whether the negative comments made any negative impact on her. She answered saying, “Actually, there are more good comments than bad ones, so it’s alright. When I see something absurd I just say to myself, ‘This person must really not like me,’ and move on. But sometimes, there are comments that I get hung up on. That’s when I take a look at my issues. I accept that as one facet of my work.”

She also revealed how she thinks about the negative comments and stated, “Listen to the people you love most and the people who love you most.”
