Krishnakumar Kunnath who was popularly known as KK was an Indian Playback singer who has worked in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, and Gujarati Music industries. The singer has won a number of accolades including, Screen Awards, and Best Playback Singer – Male for his song “Khuda Jaane” in the film Bachna Ae Haseeno. He was also nominated six times for the Filmfare Awards.

The singer was one of the most popular singers in India. His list of hit songs is quite long and fans have always loved his songs. KK had contributed greatly to Indian music and over time he has proved why he was one of the very finest talents in the Music industry.

The singer recently passed away due to myocardial infarction as per the reports. The singer was suffering from pain in his shoulder and arm and he mistook the cause for digestive issues. The autopsy reports revealed that his heart had 80% blockage. Several celebrities paid him a tribute and his fans were saddened due to his early demise. KK was given the title “voice of love” by the newspaper Deccan Herald while reporting his death.
