BTS is a very famous South Korean seven-membered boy band that began forming the members in the year 2010 and also debuted their album under the Big Hit Entertainment.

The BTS member Kim Nam-Joon who is professionally known as RM is a Korean rapper, song composer, and also the leader of the Boy band. The rap Monster first released his first solo tape and in the year 2018 released another album “Mono”. It was also the highest-charting album in the Billboard 200 by a Korean rapper.

BTS band members have been very consistent when it comes to workout and never skip a day. BTS RM posted a photo on the Reverse app and showed some concern regarding his weight, he hasn’t lost any weight and is the same after working a lot.

There is a video in which the rapper is seen running on the treadmill without his shirt on, he has been working out 5 days a week.

RM also likes to eat healthy food and also prefers a simple diet that includes red meat and salads.
