As per the latest reports in livemint, the Ad regulator (Advertising Standards Council Of India (ASCI) on Wednesday said that they will write to Indian cricket captain, Virat Kohli over his social media post praising Lovely Professional University. The post, which appeared to be a promotional campaign with the cricketer tagging LPU received mixed responses from the netizens.
It is to be noted that Virat Kohli enjoys a humongous following on social media and with more than 112M followers, he exerts tremendous influence on the youth.
