A major update coming in for all fans of Indian cricket. R Ashwin has for the time being tested positive for Covid-19 and that’s why, he had to miss the plane that traveled with the Indian team to England for the Test series that begins from July 1st, 2022. He is currently following all Covid-19 quarantine protocols and he will be able to join the team for the Edgbaston Test only after clearing all protocols.
