Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya, India’s explosive cricketing pair, have a new residence in the city of dreams. The Pandya brothers, who are originally from Baroda, Gujarat, and own a beautiful penthouse there, will join an elite group of Indian cricketers who aren’t from Mumbai but have a home there, including Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, and Harbhajan Singh. Following claims that the Pandya brothers had purchased the property, Hardik Pandya revealed in a recent interview that they are actually renting an 8-bedroom (4+4) condominium in Mumbai’s Bandra neighborhood. Here are all of the pertinent details.

They’ve rented a beautiful new Mumbai house that spans 3838 square feet and is located in Bandra’s Rustomjee Paramount. Surprisingly, the Pandya siblings and their families would be neighbors with Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani, the reported Bollywood duo who own a residence in the same building.

According to a recent interview with Hardik Pandya, the property is valued at between Rs 28 and Rs 30 crore. Rustomjee Paramount is a gated community with engaging open spaces such as an artificial rock climbing wall and a star-gazing terrace, ensuring complete seclusion.

Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya will also have their own separate swimming pool, as well as a well-equipped gymnasium and a gaming room that will be permitted to all residents of the building. Residents of the housing complex are said to have an entree to a private cinema, which can be reserved in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Pandya brothers are now preparing for the first match of IPL 2021’s second phase, which has been postponed owing to a covid-19 outbreak. Mumbai Indians will face Chennai Super Kings on September 19 after spending some time in St.Regis Saadiyat Resort, quarantine, and then a practice camp with the team. The Mumbai Indians team took advantage of some downtime at the resort and participated in some fun activities in their opulent team room. Hardik Pandya will return to the UAE after the IPL to represent India at the ICC T20 World Cup 2021, which will begin on October 17, 2021. Krunal Pandya, on the other hand, did not make the World Cup roster.
