Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the former International Indian cricketer, and the former captain recently announced his retirement on the occasion of Independence Day. On 15 August 2020, he made all his fans disheartened with his retirement announcement. No doubt, he was one of the top players of the Indian cricket squad. He was a fabulous right-handed middle-order batsman, a great wicketkeeper, a sharp fielder, and a cool captain. MS Dhoni is rated as one of the top batsmen and captains of all time. He made the Indian cricket team win various tournaments like the ICC 2011 World Cup and many other T20 trophies. MS Dhoni has also been a part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) team, Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

It was 23 December 2004, when MS Dhoni made his international debut in the ODI (One Day International) match against Bangladesh. Since then, he gradually emerged in the world of international cricket. He will always be cherished in our hearts, for his brilliant actions on the field. He has faced lots of ups and downs in his career. From being a ticket collector on the railways in Kharagpur station, in West Bengal to fulfilling his dreams of becoming a cricketer, he has come a long way. MS Dhoni has proved himself to be the ‘Captain Cool’ by handling the nail-biting situations calmly. He will be remembered forever for his brilliancy in the international field.
