Garima Vikrant Singh the talented actress has a hat-trick of sorts when it comes to her association with Producer Gul Khan’s shows.
After being an integral part of 4 Lions Films’ shows Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka and Nazar, she will be seen in a vital role in the Colors show Namak Issq Ka.
The show which is produced by Gul Khan and Dipti Kalwani will see Garima Vikrant Singh playing the mother-in-law of Chamcham, the lead girl essayed by Shruti Sharma.
Says Garima, “I am happy to be part of Namak Issk Ka. I play the role of the lead guy Yug’s mother. The character will be positive to start with. However, you never know how things will change with the passage of time.”
Garima will yet again essay a Bihari character. “However, this character is very different from the other Bihari characters I have played. I want to approach it in a different way also. I will have a new shade to it. I hope viewers love this role of mine.”
Talking about the concept of Namak Issk Ka, Garima explains, “The concept of the show is very good. Our Producer Gul Khan is very progressive in her thoughts. As you would know, in the Bihari weddings that happen, girls are called to dance. The concept of the show is whether such girls who dance can be taken in as a daughter-in-law. I also feel that in addition to villages and small towns, this is a concept that will appeal to the people living in cities too. The concept questions the society in a big way, and it will have good twists and turns.”
