Prachi and Sahana begin the episode by obtaining Prachi’s medical report. The receptionist congratulates her and informs her that Prachi’s husband, Ranbir has regained consciousness and is no longer in danger. Prachi thanks her and asks that she not tell any of her family members about her pregnancy since she wants to surprise them. The receptionist concurs. Prachi is approached by a gynaecologist who informs her that she has spoken with her gynaecologist and briefed her on her condition. She claims she is disappointed in herself because her gynaecologist advised her not to take any stress. Prachi claims she is aware of her high-risk pregnancy and stress warning, but her husband was recently attacked, and she is stressed. As she walks away, the doctor says, “I understand.”
They can take him home after the discharge processes are completed. Ranbir exclaims that his father is the best and tries to stand up but falls. He is cared for by his family. Rhea puts her hand on his face and declares that her husband is the toughest. Hearing that makes Ranbir uncomfortable. Prachi hurries to Ranbir’s room, expecting to see him, but it is empty. Ranbir has been discharged from the hospital and has returned home with his family and wife, according to the nurse. Hearing that makes Prachi unhappy. Ranbir becomes disoriented when walking and requests a wheelchair. Rhea gets him a wheelchair. Aliya asks Rhea if Ranbir slept at home. Rhea claims that because he is sleeping due to sleep-inducing medication, he can listen to everything subconsciously. Aliya advises her to refrain from using medical jargon because she is already stressed. Rhea has a question for her concerning Preethi. Aliya says she sent her to go because she doesn’t trust servants and wants to keep the secret from the previous night hidden. Prachi returns home with Sahana and inquires about Ranbir. They both ignore her and become preoccupied with their concerns. Prachi questions them about Ranbir once more and then goes away. Sahana makes a snide remark and then walks away. Rhea believes she should have paid Nick to murder Sahana.
Aliya interrupts her and warns her that someone might hear what she’s saying, and she’s asked to keep last night’s secret a secret and never mention Nick again. Rhea claims that once Ranbir wakes up, he will undoubtedly ask about Prachi’s role in this case, and why would she drop a chandelier on herself to attract his attention; they may be questioned soon, so Ranbir should avoid meeting Prachi. Both Vikram and Dia, according to Aliya, are not at home. When Dida suffers a leg sprain as a result of Aliya colliding with her and knocking her down, Vikram rushes her to the hospital. Aliya is cursed by her. Vikram instructs her to inform the doctor that she sprained her ankle while walking and that she should follow the doctor’s recommendations, rest, and take medicine. He speaks a lot in front of everyone, she claims and gets quiet in front of his wife. He makes fun of Pallavi and laughs at her.
Prachi walks inside Ranbir’s room and remembers Ranbir declaring his love for her there. She takes his hand in hers and kisses it, recalling the episode at the hospital. Music from Aankh Uthi Mohabbat Me plays in the background. Thanks to him, she maintains his palm on her stomach and discloses that he is going to be a father; she wants to talk to him a lot, but he can’t hear her. Rhea is ecstatic that she can conceal everything, and she believes she must keep Prachi away from Ranbir at all costs. Prachi apologises to Ranbir for hurting him and explains that she didn’t tell him about her pregnancy because of a difficult scenario; she achieved his request but couldn’t tell him. She tells him how much he means to her and asks him to wake up so he can see how much she cares for him. She rests her head on his chest, recalling his words that he loves her unconditionally at all times. She continues to convey her affections for him, saying she wants him to love unreservedly. Rhea enters the room. Prachi notices her and removes her tears from Ranbir’s hand.
