Jethalal is shouting at Chiman bhai on the phone and Popatlal, Sodhi and Bhide come near Jethalal and ask why he is so angry at someone. Jethalal cuts the phone and explains everything that happened. Then Bhide advises Jethalal to open his shop. Jethalal explains that he wants to open the shop but the contractor is not working well. Then Jethalal tells them that he will go into the shop and call Santosh contractor and take his case. Then Jethalal comes to the godown and sees Bagha talking with Bavari on the phone. Jethalal is angry and tells Bagha to cut the phone and Jethalal himself cuts the phone. Then Jethalal shouts at Bagha and tells him that he is not paying attention to the renovation work going on in the shop. Bagha says that he was talking with Bavri about work as her cousin wants TV.
Jethalal tells him to stop everything and call the contractor as he wants the shop ready. Bagha calls the contractor but the contractor isn’t picking up the call. Then Jethalal says that he will call Chaluji Pandeji and complain to him. Then Santosh contractor comes into the shop. Jethalal shouts at him and gives him the warning to close his shop within 8 days. But the contractor tells me that the shop is ready, only the shop’s name board is not put up, which will be put up today and then the shop is ready. Jethalal and Bagha are happy to hear this news and they both start dancing. The contractor handed over the shop key to Jethalal. He is very happy to receive the key. The contractor suggests that Jethalal find a good muhurat and do the inauguration of the shop. Jethalal thanks the contractor and the contractor leaves.
Bagha tells that he can’t wait to enter the shop and they both discuss how they miss their shop. Jethalal says that he will call Bapuji and give this good news. Bapuji picks up the phone and Jethalal gives him the good news. Bapuji is all happy and can’t believe his ears and Bapuji tells him to check a good muhurat and inaugurate the shop. Jethalal also dials Taarak’s number to give good news but Taarak does not pick up the call. Jethalal then calls Anjali.
