Ingredients
8 Bread Slices
Butter to spread on bread

For Spinach Corn filling
1.5 tbsp cooking butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup warm milk (or as preferred)
1 cup spinach Cleaned and chopped well
1 cup corn cooked
½ cup Cheese Grated or cubed

Instructions:

On flame, heat the pan. Add butter. As soon as butter melts, combine the flour and mix vigorously on low flame to avoid lumps and a smooth texture.

When the raw smell of flour is gone, gradually add warm milk and keep the string. Whisk cautiously to make a smooth blend.

Add salt and pepper according to taste. (As cheddar additionally may have salt, add salt likewise). Blend well.

Add boiled spinach and corn pieces. Blend well. Take the dish off the warmth.

Add ground cheddar. Blend utilizing a spatula till cheddar is liquefied and very much fused.

Spread butter on bread slices. On the other side, add a spoon of the Spinach Corn blend. Top with another bread. Again spread butter and grill on a pan on both sides and enjoy!!
