This recipe for Stuffed Cheesy Garlic Bread is a knockoff of Domino’s Stuffed Garlic Bread, which is a handcrafted, creamy, cheesy garlic flavoured bread. Indian Veggie Delight is a product of Indian Veggie Delight.

In a large mixing basin, combine warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast. Mix thoroughly.

Rest in a warm environment for 10 minutes. Yeast is activated after 10 minutes. (You will see little bubbles)

Add oil, butter, maida (all-purpose flour), and salt as well. Here, butter isn’t required.

Add the garlic, oregano, and red chilli flakes after that. Knead the dough for a minimum of 10 minutes (to activate gluten). If the dough is too stiff, add 1-2 teaspoons of more water.

Garlic bread will become hard and chewy if the dough is not smooth and flexible.

Allow time for the dough to prove. Drizzle a little oil on the dough and the bowl. Allow it to proof for 2 hours in a warm spot, covered with a tea towel or cling wrap.

OR

An Instant Pot can be used. Place the dough in the Instant Pot steel insert, which has been oiled. Close the lid, push the ‘YOGURT’ button, pick ‘Sealing’ as the pressure value, and set the timer to 1 hour.

For The Garlic Butter Recipe

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley or coriander leaves.

For Stuffed Garlic Bread Recipe

The dough should have doubled in size after 1 hour, so punch it down. The dough should next be proofed (raised) in an Instant Pot.

On a flat surface, spread a large amount of cornmeal (also known as “Makki ka atta” in Hindi) (for outer crunchy coating). Form a circle out of the dough.

Meanwhile, line the baking tray with parchment paper or butter. Place the prepared circle on the tray and generously distribute the prepared garlic butter over the dough.

On one side of the circle, put some mayonnaise and top with boiled sweet corn and mozzarella cheese.

On top, sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano.

Otherwise, the cheese will escape if you fold the dough into a semicircle and bind the edges properly.

Then sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano seasoning and a liberal amount of prepared garlic butter.

Make breadsticks out of the garlic bread without cutting it all the way through.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (365 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

When the packed garlic bread is heated, cut it into breadsticks.

Serve hot with a dipping sauce of mayonnaise or cream cheese, or a garlic dipping sauce.
