Spaghetti pasta is one of our favorite foods to cook at home. Now imagine adding some soft and fresh paneer to your veg spaghetti? Sounds good right?  

We have an easy to cook paneer spaghetti recipe that you can try at home and have your spaghetti ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

2 medium-sized onions

2 medium-size tomatoes

1 medium-sized capsicum

200 grams of spaghetti

200 grams of paneer

2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce

4 tablespoons mayonnaise sauce

Salt to taste

Half tablespoon pepper

3 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoons Coriander leaves 

Step 1

First and foremost put two cups of water in a pan and put it to boil. When the water is boiled, add some salt and oil and add your packet of spaghetti. Keep storing and checking on the spaghetti or else it will overcook.

Step 2

Shop all your vegetables and paneer into small cubes. Heat some oil in a pan on medium flame. Once the oil is hot enough add your onions to it. Saute the onions for about a minute then add your capsicum and onions and paneer. Add your salt to taste and cook your vegetables until the onion is golden brown.

Step 3 

Once the onion is golden brown add some pepper two spoons of schezwan sauce and four spoons of mayonnaise and mix it all well.

Step 4

Once your vegetables are all stirred up in the pan, add your spaghetti and mix it all well. Keep it on the stove for about 2 minutes and your spaghetti paneer is ready to serve. 

Serve the dish hot and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
