Maggie is and always will be comfort food! It is a hot favorite for children and youth. There are so many different ways you could cook up a quirky Maggie dish. Maggie pakodas are a mouth-watering recipe that you need to try at least once before it becomes a favorite! It can easily become a party snack or an appetizer. Maggie pakodas are also the perfect match for your evening tea too!

Ingredients:
Water 500ml
Cabbage
Carrot
Onion
Cilantro
Capsicum
Green chili
Masala Maggie 1 packet
Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
Garam Masala ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Butter ½ tsp
Salt as per taste
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Gram Flour 4tbsp
All-purpose flour 3tbsp
Raw Crush Maggie for coating
Oil for frying

Preparation:
· Grate the cabbage and carrot.
· Finely chop the onion, capsicum, green chilies, and cilantro.

Method:
· Add 500ml of water to a vessel and leave it to boil.
· Add the Maggie noodle in once the water starts to boil and cook it the Maggie is 75-80% cooked.
· Drain the Maggie next and leave it to cool and return to room temperature.
· Add the room temperature, Maggie, into a mixing bowl along with finely chopped onions, grated cabbage, ginger garlic paste, capsicum, green chilies, cilantro.
· Add red chili powder, Garam Masala, butter, and finally 1 sachet of Maggie masala, and salt as per your taste.
· Mix in some rice flour, and gram flour. Mix well till it forms a dough. (no water is required).
· Next, make small balls with the dough and keep them aside.
· Add some all-purpose flour and water in another bowl till you get a thick yet pourable batter.
· Dunk the Maggie balls in the batter till it’s covered all over. Add a bit of crushed dry Maggie over the coated ball for an extra crunch.
· Plop the coated Maggie balls into some hot oil and fry until golden.
· Serve it with some tomato or schezwan sauce while still hot, maybe enjoy it with some tea!
