Stop fuming! A short temper is a common problem, and with intolerance rising in the world, it seems more and more evident every day! But it could harm you and your beloved around.

So, to control it, we have come up with simple 5 ways to get rid of it!

1. Take a break.
If you think that an incident is certainly cutting off your mood, and is leading to a bad temper, leave the place immediately, and move around, breathe. Give yourself a break, don’t take it inside your head.

2. Try not to convey your temper or keep grudges.
Never hold your anger, or even pass it on to others. No point in keeping grudges against anyone. Be a bit more sensitive and empathetic, and always realize what is to be when you will be the other person.

3. Keep a diary.
Take a stab at keeping a diary of your mood swings for a week or two. Post for times you have gotten exasperated, and times you have tried to avoid panicking. Record what ended up setting off your temper, how you managed your anger, and how individuals responded.

4. Meditate.
Meditation helps! Magically!

5. Go for a trail walk.
Nothing is better than a walk! Just go for it, and let that anger go out! All the best!
