During the global lockdown due to the COVID-19 outbreak, David Warner has carved out a niche for himself on social media. The Australian southpaw is famed for his powerful pact innings and is regarded as one of the best white-ball cricketers of all time. During the lockdown, however, Warner’s creative and humorous side came to the fore when he joined the popular social media app TikTok and began releasing fun-filled videos virtually every day on Instagram.

Warner released some of his favorite TikTok videos and captioned them with: “My TikTok story #thanks appreciate the help with the ideas, everyone.”

David Warner is well-known for his admiration for Indian film performers, particularly those from the South. When he’s not filming TikTok videos with his wife Candice, the cricketer enjoys experimenting with various apps to digitally morph into celebrities. His most recent project was to take on the role of Dhanush from the blockbuster song Rowdy Baby.

A stunning collection of his ‘reface’ conversions of South’s biggest stars, included Prabhas, Vijay, and Mahesh Babu, among others. That appears to be the motivation for the Australian’s decision to release a fresh video due to ‘popular demand.’ Rowdy Baby, a popular song with over 1 billion views on YouTube, was the music he chose.

As he performed some energetic routines in some beautiful and funky clothing, the cricketer’s visage resembled that of the Why This Kolaveri singer. He asked his supporters to ‘name it’ while tagging Dhanush, and netizens had no trouble recognising him, calling him ‘David Dhanush,’ ‘Rowdy Warner,’ and other names. ‘Best,’ ‘Warner maari,’ ‘boss is back,’ and other phrases were used to describe him.
