Harmanpreet Kaur, the all-rounder Indian woman cricketer is an outrageous player. She has a batting average of 34.9 in the One-Day Internationals (ODIs). She has also been seen bowling occasionally in the matches. She is regarded as one of the experienced players in the Indian women’s cricket team with the highest individual runs in ODIs. She is well known for taking the team ahead with her powerful and mind-blowing knocks. She has led the team too. It was 2012 Women’s Twenty20 Asia Cup final, and both the captain, Mithali Raj, and the vice-captain, Jhulan Goswami were out because of injury. She held the team well with her captaincy and made the team win against Pakistan by defending them with 81 runs.
Whereas Mithali Dorai Raj, the captain of the Indian women’s cricket team has led the team since the 2005 Women’s Cricket World Cup, but the team lost Australia. Although that didn’t stop her or broke her down. She came back with more power in the field. Mithali has led the team well and has also acted as a player-coach. She has done wonders with her right-handed batting skills. The player has been praised by many other cricketers and her fans. She is an excellent captain, no doubt. And, it can be well seen how she has held her team well, every time. She is the only player, both male and female to have been captain India in more than one ICC ODI World Cup finals.
Both the players are best in their own way, and it’s hard to choose between the two. They have played their role as a captain well. Who according to you is the best among the two? Let us know in the comment section down below!
