There are a number of great bowlers in the international cricket, from Wasim Akram to Brett Lee. But, some of them have been really extraordinary and mastered the art of bowling. And, Jasprit Bumrah and Lasith Malinga are two of them. The two bowlers have made several records on the field.
The Indian right-arm fast bowler, Jasprit Jasbirsingh Bumrah, is praised by mainly for his perfect yorker and death bowler. He has dropped several wickets with skill. It’s been two years since January 2018, that he made his international debut. Bumrah has received a lot of recognition, internationally, in a short period of time. He dropped 48 wickets in 8 matches in his debut year and became third-highest wicket-taker in the Test matches. He has also done a great job in IPL and has been a game-changer by knocking out one after another batsman.
On the other hand, Separamadu Lasith Malinga is the Sri Lankan Twenty20 International captain and the right-arm fast bowler of the team. He has done wonders with his bowling skills. Malinga is the first-ever bowler to drop 100 wickets in Twenty20 International. He is also known as a death bowler in international cricket. The player has made many records and is regarded as one of the best bowlers in history. He is the only one in international history to take four wickets in four consecutive balls, that too twice. It is really difficult for the bowlers to encounter his bowls.
Both the players have excelled in the art of bowling, especially death over bowling. Both of them have flipped the entire game at the death over. They can’t be compared, as both the bowlers are equally brilliant in the field.
