India has produced some great spinners ever since the journey of cricket has begun for us. Spin bowlers such as Harbhajan, Anil Kumble, Bishan Singh Bedi, and Ashwin have helped a lot with their spin bowling to bring India up in the list of best cricket teams. The current best spinners that India has got are Kuldeep, Chahal, Akshar Patel, Washington Sundar, and the senior spinners Ashwin and Jadeja.

In the past, we have already noticed that Kuldeep Yadav has been very impressive in the 2019 World Cup with Yuzvendra Chahal to back him up. Their duo had become indestructible as they were effective in almost every match. Yuzi would set up a perfect trap with his quick googlies that troubled the batsmen and put pressure on them. Kuldeep would later come in as a weaker baller and tempt the batsmen to go after him with his flighted deliveries and trap them to hand over a simple catch. However, due to his recent poor performance in the IPL, Kuldeep was rested for the tour of Australia.

His place was well-managed by Jadeja until he had to be replaced for concussion by Chahal in the first T20 against Australia. The rest of the T20s were carried out with Sundar and Chahal leading the spin division and they performed averagely well. While not being the best, they did manage to make a little impact but Glenn Maxwell’s explosive batting outplayed them. Hence, India deeply needs a good spinner or Kuldeep to regain his form.
