Bhagya Lakshmi, a show on Zee TV, has been receiving positive attention since its debut. Aishwarya Khare and Rohit Suchanti, also known as #RishMi, have won over the hearts of viewers. In recent episodes, Rishi (played by Rohit Suchanti) has discovered evidence proving that Vikrant (played by Mohit Malhotra) is married to someone else and is attempting to reveal the truth. However, before Rishi can expose Vikrant, he is put in danger and hospitalized by Vikrant. To prevent Rishi from revealing anything in the hospital, Vikrant disguises himself as a doctor and attempts to harm Rishi.

Actor Mohit Malhotra has been captivating audiences with his portrayal of a morally ambiguous character on the show. And now, decked out in a doctor’s outfit, it appears that he has finally made his parent’s dream of seeing him as a medical professional come true. Mohit’s parents had always hoped that he would pursue a career in medicine, but he was determined to become an actor and model. He convinced them that being an artist would allow him to take on a variety of roles. Ironically, by playing Vikrant, a character who dons a doctor’s disguise for a scene, Mohit has fulfilled his parents’ wishes.

Mohit Malhotra said, “Just how every parent wishes well for their children, my parents wanted me to become a doctor for my own good. But, I always yearned to pursue a career in acting. Acting gives me an opportunity to portray different characters on-screen and that is what I love the most about my job. While I play Vikrant’s character in Bhagya Lakshmi, I got a chance to get into the look of a doctor for a sequence, and I am glad I could bring their dream to life in a very peculiar way. It’s kind of a beautiful reminder of the life choices we make, and how we can find unexpected connections through it.”

As Mohit portrays his character on screen with joy, viewers will soon witness an intriguing plot where Vikrant attempts to take Rishi’s life. The question remains: will he succeed?
