Yoga: These exercises are simple and sweet. Anyone can do it very easily. They say Yoga is very impactful for our whole body and Hina Khan took it very seriously!

The regular exercise: Right from the plank to working out with the dumbles, Hian Khan did every exercise she could do. With her flexible body and toned abs, she got many of her fans inspired.

Squats: According to Hina Khan, the squats make you lose your weight. You must pay attention to squat to bring your body back in shape. Squats make your muscles tight and also flex your body. If you skip any other exercise, then no problem, but don’t skip squats, it may kill your 500 calories daily if you do it!
