Nila tells Arpita that she made something for her over breakfast. Arpita claims that she is already eating. Nila claims it’s not food and rubs turmeric into her skin. Arpita is taken aback and wonders what she is doing. Nila claims to have found Arpita a match. Arpita never mentioned a second marriage, according to Narmada. Arpita, according to Gudiya, should get a second chance. Nila mocks herself for finding a wonderful family that is willing to accept a widow. Arpita begins to cry. Aryan informs Arpita that he wanted to talk to her about it and that he wants her to move on, so if she is ready for a second marriage, he wants to talk to her about it. Arpita claims that she is not prepared.

Nila is informed by Narmada that Arpita is not yet ready. Nila advises that they forget about Arvind and go ahead. She says she understands Narmada’s plight, having seen her son married and her daughter being a widow for four years, and she has asked the boy’s family to dinner today. Narmada says she would not marry Arpita unless she expresses her desire to do so, and she invites Arpita to meet them. Arpita concurs. Nila says he’ll let them know they can come tonight.
This alliance, Imlie informs Aryan. Aryan claims it arrived at the appropriate time; Imlie mentioned it yesterday, and Arpita consented to marry today. He expresses his wish that Arpita enjoys the alliance and the boy. Arpita sobs as she walks away. Imlie takes a step behind her. Nila pulls her aside and tells her that she will not be able to force her to want in this house. Only Seeta Maiya’s wish will be granted in this house, according to Imlie. She walks over to Aryan and tells him about Arpita’s wedding. He inquires whether she would like to take the credit. She claims to have been discussing.

He claims she must not have been thinking about someone, and that Arvind, too, wants to move on. Imlie slams him against the wall and yells at him to quit interfering with her speech. Aryan concurs. When she was chatting to him, she claims she was only talking about one individual. He inquires as to whether she was referring to Arpita. She believes she was trying to convince him that Sundar and Arpita are in love. Aryan approaches her and invites her to speak. Arpita enters and tells Aryan that Narmada has called him. Leaves of the Aryans. Arpita then inquires about Imlie’s conversation with Aryan. Imlie claims she said the same thing to her when they chatted, and she questions why she is suppressing her feelings for Sundar.

Arpita claims that she and Aryan love each other. Imlie claims to be referring to Arpita. Arpita claims that nothing can happen between her and Sundar, thus she should keep quiet about it. Imlie is adamant that Sundar adores her. Aryan reappears and inquires as to what she said. Imlie says it again. Aryan becomes enraged and tells her that she shouldn’t have said this, that she should have prevented her friend from fantasising and herself from emotionally blackmailing Arpita. Imlie screams back that he is not blackmailing Arpita, and that even Aryan wants someone to love her. Sundar, according to Aryan, cannot be such a guy. She bemoans the fact that he is emphasising a minor issue. Sundar is a good man, and Aryan respects him for that, but it’s a matter of his sister’s life, according to Aryan.

Imlie walks out of the office after work and wonders why Arpita and Sundar don’t reveal their feelings for each other. Madhav expresses his gratitude to Imlie for arranging his internship. She claims he earned it with his talent and that he should not thank her. He adds he’s looking forward to his first day of work and asks if she’s looking forward to hers as well. She recalls Aryan shaming her and describes it as a thrilling sensation. She approaches a rich man who is shouting at a poor lady and pushing her away. Man insults her and then drives away, leaving her angry. When Imlie arrives home and sees Narmada preparing for tonight’s meeting, she offers to assist her. Gudiya notices and informs Nila that Imlie is attempting to become the perfect bahu. Nila is determined to smear Imlie’s reputation, so she substitutes banana leaf tableware for expensive flatware, assuming Aryan will be enraged. Aryan returns home and inquires about Imlie with Narmada. Narmada claims to be assisting a servant with the placement of tableware on the dining table. Aryan feels he knew Imlie wouldn’t let their quarrel get in the way of his family’s pleasure, so he walks up to the dining table. When he sees banana leaf cutlery, he becomes enraged and walks away, looking for Imlie. When Nila and Gudiya witness this, they grin.
