Today’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay 22 April episode starts with Komolika (Hina Khan) plays dirty by showing Anurag’s (Parth Samthaan) video to Prerna (Erica Fernandes) because of which Prerna starts to feel bad for Anurag, who had to choose Komolika for her money and seeing this, Komolika mocks her and is enjoying doing so.
Komolika is then seen getting a call from Anurag’s manager where she learns that Anurag never went to the office but he somehow still showed up late to the party and this bothers her. Veena breaks down in tears when she fails to find a lawyer for Prerna. Shekhar and Shivani strengthen her.
Popular lawyer comes to Sharma house and says he will take Prerna’s case. He says he will not take any fees from them.
Komolika shows up on the doors of Basu house and angrily starts looking for Anurag. She moves on to question him about his whereabouts before the party and why he skipped the party. Komolika shocks him by revealing that she met Prerna and learned that he went to meet her in jail. Anurag cooks up some sort of a story to save himself in the moment.
Komolika is agitated by this and is cursing Anurag for lying to her. Anurag says he went to meet Prerna to make her feel disappointed and to make her believe it all, he gives a gift to Komolika to fool her.
Komolika then says that she will be going to the court so that she could see Prerna in pain and just then, Nivedita enters and says she saw Prerna outside the Basu mansion! The written update of 22 April 2019 Kasautii Zindagii Kay episode ends here
