5. Unless your doctor has restricted you, do not climb the stairs.
6. Get good sleep.
You need to follow a strict diet after undergoing surgery. Your diet will help you heal early. Avoid sugary foods, salty foods. Consume leafy vegetables, fish, nuts, low-fat dairy products.
