Because living and going through an International, Global Pandemic is an extremely mentally dehydrating thing to have done. So before we go into the tips, let’s simply take a minute to deliver ourselves a pat on the back and a moment of appreciation for going through this difficult and dangerous period or you can say season of life. Adequately, it’s not the end however but you have made it this far and that deserves a compliment in itself.
1. Have a conversation about how you are feeling:
Your family and friends have been going through the exact same thing that you have. And although commonly, we all have numerous experiences, it is not relatively always we can all altogether discuss having been through similar stuff. So when it is entirely safe to meet up with family and friends, assure you nourish, strengthen those relationships, and talk to each other about how you are feeling or what you are thinking. Because now is a moment, time to be there for each other.
2. Turn Off News Notifications, Reports, Warnings On Your Phone:
These days, times we all have smartphones next to us for like all the time. Who does not have one are affixed to their hip while on the go nowadays? The attraction, temptation to check it at every notification/ping you hear can sometimes or periodically be distracting and become overwhelming. Many of my co-workers and friends think and feel the same way and they freely mention it. For people like them, perhaps it is time to turn off notifications for the news apps or eliminate all of them completely. If they want to keep up to informed, they can put or fix aside half an hour each morning and evening to log on to the internet.
3. Win Against Lockdown Anxiety and Stress With Meditation:
If you feel tired, anxious, bored, and stressed during the endless lockdown because of the coronavirus pandemic, then doing some meditation can be of great help to you. To get rid of all kinds of mental issues. Meditation can boost your mood and help you be optimistic and positive. Meditation can boost your self-esteem and self-confidence. Also, it can be a great way to relieve tension and calm your mind.
4. Consume/Eat a healthy diet/Food:
Your diet plays a big role in how you feel. For example, if you are not eating drinking enough or everyday meals or getting enough necessary nutrients, then you are more apt to feel irritated, furious, angry, tired, stressed, and unable to concentrate, So, make it sure you don’t skip or avoid meals and depend on unhealthy snacks. Rather, eat well-balanced meals that give you a ton of energy and nourishment/nutrition to feel at your best. Eat regular meals to help balance your blood sugar and give you plenty of energy. Make sure you eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Drink lots of fluids like water, juice, etc. at least 7-8 cups every day.
